When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Facebook Login

Borealis uses an application named “Borealis Login” to process logging in through your Facebook credentials. These are used only for our convenient login shortcut. Should you wish to delete any Facebook data stored by Borealis Amplification please follow these instructions:

1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”

2. Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.

3. Search for and click on “Borealis Login”

4. Scroll and click “Remove”.

5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
